Shipping and Delivery Policies

The MVSHOP store makes every effort to ensure that your order is delivered in the shortest possible time. The delivery time begins when the order is posted through our system. It can be delivered in 3 to 12 business days, depending on the location. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed before 2pm will be processed and sent/posted on the same day. If you have any questions, please have the number provided by the system when placing your order and contact our customer service center.

IMPORTANT: Deliveries ARE made by POST OFFICE. A tracking code will be automatically generated by the Post Office. At the Post Office, some CEPs may have delivery restrictions, due to the distribution area being subject to different deadlines. In some cases, the merchandise may be available at an agency awaiting collection.

Failure to receive the order: If your delivery has not been made within the maximum stipulated period, please contact SAC or through our CALL CENTER. This contact must be made within a maximum of 20 days after the date of purchase to avoid fraud and embarrassment.
