EXCHANGE AND RETURN

Product exchanges requested by customers may be carried out within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. To request an exchange in case of defect, the deadline is up to 90 calendar days from receipt of the product. The exchange can be for the same product or a variation thereof, as long as it is available in stock.

If the product is not available for exchange, you can opt for a product of equal or greater value, paying the difference by bank slip, deposit or credit card. You can also opt for a Discount Coupon for the exchange value of the product, which will be valid for one year.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, in the same way it was sent and must not contain signs of use, in addition to being accompanied by the original invoice.

All returned products undergo analysis when they arrive at our Distribution Center, and will only be released after analysis and approval, within the conditions described in this policy.

In the first exchange, transport costs are borne by Svarts. For other exchange requests for the same order, the costs will be borne by the customer.

CANCELLATION

If the payment option chosen was bank slip or bank deposit, and payment has not yet been made, the order will be automatically canceled within the bill's due date, at no cost to you. In the case of a deposit, it will be canceled after 3 working days of the order.

If the option is a credit card, it will be refunded in the same way as the installment payment made during the purchase. If after receiving the product in perfect condition and for some reason they are not happy with it, the customer may request to cancel the order.

The deadline to request cancellation of the purchase is up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product. The product must be returned via the postage service. The customer will receive the Post Office Reverse Code in their email, with all the procedures to be followed.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by an invoice, and must not show any signs of use.

The product that does not meet the conditions required above will not be accepted as a return and will automatically be sent back to the order's origin address.
